DNB – Education
The National Board of Examinations, New Delhi has accredited this Institution & recognized it for post graduate DNB courses in Ophthalmology since 1997.
4 candidates are admitted every year, 2 for primary DNB and 2 for post DOMS.
Academic year starts from 1st July every year. Admissions to the DNB course are made directly by the board based on centralized entrance exam and centralized counseling.
Long term Retina Fellowship is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University Health Services, Karnataka. The Institute also offers Long term fellowship in General Ophthalmology and short term training in Retina, Squint, Glaucoma, Cornea, SICS and Phacoemulsification.
The Institute conducts Research & its faculty has presented papers in most of the State, National and International Conferences. A spacious Auditorium with seating capacity of 200 persons provides venue for the Clinical Deliberations, Meetings & CME Programmes.

|Eligibility||Primary Candidate – MBBS & ranking in the CET, conducted by the National Board Post DO- (Diploma in Ophthalmology).|

|Post DO||Secondary Candidate – 2 Years.|
|Fees||Rs. 80,000/- per year.|
